The horseback riding tour crosses valleys and mountain trails for approximately an hour and a half, with photo stops in front of the mountain range. Upon returning, lunch is served in The Stable Restaurant: starter, Patagonian lamb on the grill with side dishes, dessert and a drink.
There are two shifts, one with lunch and one with dinner. The evening option ends with the sunset over the valley.

Roast lamb is a typical Patagonian dish, and on ranches it's prepared over a spit, slowly cooked over an open fire for hours. Serving it after a horseback ride is the traditional sequence of a day in the countryside, and it remains the way ranches welcome visitors.
Two shifts, two different experiences
The 11:00 AM session ends with lunch, leaving the afternoon free. The 6:00 PM session concludes with dinner and the sunset over the valley, which in summer lasts quite late. If you have a day planned for trekking, the evening session is the better option.
Where is Estancia Bonanza located?
It's located at Km 12 of Provincial Route 41, in the Río de las Vueltas Valley, about 12 km from El Chaltén. The meeting point for the transfer is Av. San Martín 48, and it's best to arrive 15 minutes before from the start time. Those arriving by car can go directly to the accommodation.
The activity is not suitable during pregnancy and has a Maximum weight of 100 kg For the well-being of the horses. Light rain is expected. Please let us know when booking if you have any dietary restrictions.

No prior experience with horses is required. Minimum age 8 years, with children under adult supervision. Maximum weight 100 kg, for the welfare of the animals. Not suitable during pregnancy. Insurance coverage up to age 65; older people must have their own travel medical assistance.

Comfortable, warm clothing, long pants, closed-toe shoes, a waterproof jacket, gloves, a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen are recommended. The valley wind is constant even on mild days.
